Cheyne Horan School of Surf

This is the surfing school which began many years ago because I like helping people to be better surfers.

The School of Surf has two beginner classes every day from 10am - 12pm and 2pm - 4pm held at our base at Surfers Paradise (in Queensland, Australia) and we operate every day all year.

I take the majority of lessons and I have 4 or 5 other excellent teachers who teach the particular techniques that I have developed.
It is safe and does not rely on ultra fitness or strength and I know my techniques teach people to stand-up on a surfboard the right way in the shortest possible time.

The intermediate classes are from 7am - 9am and 4pm - 6pm to accommodate before and after school (or work). The intermediate classes are mobile, picking the best surf. We teach how to get more speed and power and to do manoeuvers that you've always dreamed of doing.
There is also strong demand for private lessons for one or two surfers which I also enjoy.

Women only have a special Saturday 12 - 2 session where women and girls who have done the beginners course or have some experience learn how to turn and progress in a less competitive environment. These are really fun classes.
